Burke Lake 12:30pm. Still feeling sluggish, never seem to get out of 1rst gear. Really need to do some sort of speed work so the pace of all my workouts picks up. (5:28), 9:54, 9:19, 9:36, 9:53.
Cool down with 6 holes of disc golf. Not very motivated there either. A bunch of bad tee shots and then save par with a good 2nd shot. Until I missed the dogleg on 5 again. 3 over.
The sore throat and cough from last week apparently never went completely away. It came back yesterday and bothers me occasionally today.
