DCRRC Langley 8k: Road, hilly, 80s humid 23rd of 103. Not as bad as last week but still well off the 6:30 mile pace I think I should be doing. Blown away in my age group. 14 people ahead of me were 38 or older.

Split 18:15 Maybe I really do have Lyme disease. I had no energy and faded badly yet again. 39th of 162. 13/37 in age group (40-50men) Many felt the course was long. First run after getting my cast off this morning.
