Jog from work to subway and back. Used subway to go pick up my packet for the race sunday.

DCRRC, Wed track work. 7pm. Tapering for the marathon. 10k at marathon pace (7:20/mile) Of course I went out to fast but I will probably do that sunday as well. 1600m splits 6:45.3, 7:07.9, 7:08.7, 7:13.4, 7:14.7, 7:13.1. Felt relaxed and comfortable.
