DCRRC, Wed track work. 7pm. Tapering for the marathon. 10k at marathon pace (7:20/mile) Of course I went out to fast but I will probably do that sunday as well. 1600m splits 6:45.3, 7:07.9, 7:08.7, 7:13.4, 7:14.7, 7:13.1. Felt relaxed and comfortable.
