Work - Lake Accotink. Crunch time at work again so not much time for running. Working late most nights. Had planned to go 12.6 miles but needed a bathroom stop so cut off a loop.
After 5 months, I am still on pace for 30 miles a week for the year. Had fallen behind with all the o-meets but the rogaine pulled the milage back up. I have a 2.8 mile cushion. Last year at this time I was 98 miles behind.
