Work - Lake Accotink. Crunch time at work again so not much time for running. Working late most nights. Had planned to go 12.6 miles but needed a bathroom stop so cut off a loop.

At Dixie Squares. 7:30-9:30pm. Starting a class in plus DBD. Won' t be able to make the wed track workouts until it is over.

Note

After 5 months, I am still on pace for 30 miles a week for the year. Had fallen behind with all the o-meets but the rogaine pulled the milage back up. I have a 2.8 mile cushion. Last year at this time I was 98 miles behind.

QOC. Pohick Bay. Red course. 1:30 pm. Temps in mid/high 80s but there was a dusty breeze. Will Hawkins is in town and did the course in 53.

orienteering (pickup) 19:37 [2] 1.7 km (11:32 / km)

Control pickup after the meet. I had an easy section mostly on trails.
