Note

Back from Fort Knox. A two week business trip grew to two months and killed the entire fall season. Looks like I will not reach my goal of 30 miles a week for the year. Only managed 16 a week while in KY. Except for the lack of speed work I do not think I lost to much training. Hoping that I will be able to get back to normal intensity quickly.
