All day all DBD in Dillsburg PA. Title was somewhat incorrect since while it lasted all day (9:30-9) there were only 3 x 2 hour sessions. Lunch and dinner breaks were to long.

With Jim from work. 5:45-7pm. Another hearbreaking loss. Could not put it away with a 5-2 lead. Ended up losing the tiebreaker for a 6-7 loss.

Rounds by George 7:30-9:30pm. Lazy the rest of the day. Sore throat and a cold. Not from standing in the rain yesterday since I was getting it before that.
Weight 169. Back below 170 but that is mostly due to being sick.

DCRRC Age/sex handicap 4 mi. C and O canal, Carderock MD. 8am. Hot and humid. Did not fall apart completely as in other years but since I am out of shape ran with a bit more restraint. Splits 3:09, 6:45, 6:52, 7:09, 3:27. First 1/2 mile was short, last one was long.

To DC for 4th of July Parade at 11:45am. Another square dancing adventure. Just before we were supposed to start, it poured rain. We just stood there and got soaked. Rain stopped, parade delayed for 2 hours due to more rain coming. Went to Smithsonian Museum. Still more rain, parade route flooded, parade cancelled around 2:30pm.
