| Mid Atlantic Champs. Hammond Rocks PA. Red course. Good clean run. Only one easily corrected error and twice my bearing was slightly off. Finished 1rst since many of those who usually beat me ran blue. Still getting pretty tired and need to work on my speed but much better than last week.

| Mid Atlantic Champs: Relay. I ran the 3rd leg of a QOC team with Greg Lennon and Mihai S. Not one of the top QOC teams so little pressure. By the time I started, the field was spaced out so ran the course alone except for when I passed another team. Not recovered from Red run earlier so struggled on the uphills.
