PA Square and Round Dance Convention. Camp Hill PA. Rounds 10-11:30, DBD 2-3:30, plus 3:30-4:30, rounds 7-11:10, die hard 11:10-12.
No run this morning. Up past 3 last night and needed some rest.

PA Square and Round Dance Convention. Camp Hill PA. Drove up with Bev, picking up Io in Lancaster on the way. Plus 4-5, rounds 7-10, plus 10-11.
Went for a stroll with Bev later, hoping to see some of the Persiad meteor shower but completly overcast.

Tennis with some people from work. Lost 6-4 to Phil and 3-1 to Mike. Felt I was playing better but have no serve. Lost every game when I was serving.
Up late last night moving furniture and getting the tv set up.

Bailed out my balcony. I have a ground floor apartment and my balcony is below ground. The drain is clogged and todays heavy rains put 4-5" of water in it. Still had an inch or 2 to spare before it will overflow into the living room. With more rain expected, I wanted to get the level down.
Exercise is similar to shoveling snow, bend over, scoop up a wastebasket of water and throw it over the wall. Back is a bit sore today.

1pm. Shreve Rd, then out and back on W&OD bike trail. Mile splits on the bike path were 8:03, 8:41, 8:27, 8:40

Had intended to turn around at 3.5 miles but missed the mile marker and did an extra half before turning. Stomach pains from yesterday returned so I walked and jogged the last mile in.
Post run weight was down to 169. Ten pounds less than yesterday morning.

Note

Got the new tv. 32" HDTV. Had to borrow Bev's SUV to get it home. Took a stroll with Bev later in the evening.
