Warmup before orienteering. Some in the parking lot then the jog to the start. Left knee is feeling a bit stiff. It got banged up a bit in a fall yesterday.

Boulder Dash. Day 2, Beaver Brook. Red course. 9:27 am. Much better than yesterday but then today it was not raining. Still slow in parts but only one big error (#5) and some questionable route choices.

UNO: Boulder Dash, Beaver Brook, Hollis NH. Red Day 1. Raining and very wet. Intermittent fogging problems but the visor and anti-fog kept the glasses mostly clear. Major errors on 3, 10, 15. Finished way back in the field.

Tried to run the 400s in 90, got to dark to read the watch so did not know the times until after I was finished.
