2 km with Bev at Fort Hunt Park in the morning then the rest at the Falls Church Memorial Day Parade. Walked there from my house (about 3 miles) then 1 mile of square dancing in the parade, then 2 miles home. 16 minute miles getting to the parade and back, slower with Bev and in the parade.
Weight still hanging around 180 even with my almost total lack of exercise last week.

Out and back along Lee Highway. Going to have to train my insides all over again since I seem to be good for only a mile before needing a restroom.

Pipe in Bevs basement was spraying water all over and flooding her basement. Two hours moving and draining boxes and mopping up the water. Good thing we had only gone out to dinner instead of Florida as we had considered.
