CNYO: Lime Hollow, Classic day red. It rained and I couldn't see anything except the large control codes I had copied to avoid yesterdays problems. Even before it started raining, I was tired and made mistakes right from the start.

Note

The results from last years Postal Hour Walk came in the mail last night. I found where all the good racewalkers have gone. .. Other teams. I was 9th in age group last year, 46th male, and 56th overall of 306. Also went 232m farther. Did manage 2nd in a weak 40-49 mens team field.
Need to get my distance up to 11k to have a shot at age group awards. Open winners are over 13k.

7pm. With Ted on the double park loop at his house. I set the pace so slower than he usually goes but he was able to tell me all about the sprint finals while running. 9:15, (1:40), 8:13, 8:10, (1:41), 8:05

Not really injured, but am recording the poison ivy as an injury. It has gotten worse and does not appear to have peaked yet.
