I got some exercise for the first time in forever. Did not even totally suck at navigation but I was not running very fast and the woods were very open.

run warm up/down (road) 3:00 [1] 0.3 mi (10:00 / mi)

Even did a little warm up, but that was just because the parking lot was full and I had to park at the next area down the road and jog back.

Also had to get back there after running, but I walked that.
