A quick morning treadmill session at the hotel. As usual I could not figure out all the buttons on the machine. Speed kept resetting to 4.5 mph when I wanted it to be 5 or higher. I just kept punching it back up to 5 - 5.5 to get the 12 minute mile I was planning on.

There is only going to be one 1-hour walk this year (usually there are 3) so I should be doing a bit of training. Normally I make it to 2 of them and use the first as training for the 2nd.

Raining off and on all day so I kept postponing going out to run. Finally out around 7 but by then I did not feel much like running so only did the Shipplet loop.
