I seem to be tired all the time. Should have gone out yesterday but it was cold and rainy so put it off for today. Intending to do some walking in the morning and then some control pickup at QOC meet in Prince William.

Still looked rainy and windy in the morning so I went back to bed, then just read all day. Finally dragged myself out the door around 3:30. Not to bad once I got going and only a little slower than a week ago when I was trying to do some speed work. Same out and back course from my house to the intersection near work. Usual coughing fits on the course and after I was done.

Accomplishments for the weekend: some laundry, a lot of sleep, read a book, going with Iolanthe to see a production of Iolanthe in Rockville on saturday, this workout. A restful but not very productive weekend.
