Decided to get back to club training :) 5x 1km hill reps in Camperdown although I only did 4 with ~3min rest. Started steady and slowly built up the intensity.
Really loved being back :D knee felt great running uphill but still bugging me on the downhill/jogging/flat. All in all improvements though!!
