Took my bike out! Along the front to Invergowrie and back trying to work out how the gears work! Not sure how much time I'll have to use it whilst still in Crieff but the plan is to get the train and cycle to work once I'm back in Perth (5 weeks!). 13.43km - flying ;) trying not to fall off..

Pentland Skyline!

Loved it :) nice and steady first half, taking the hills steadily and the downs fairly easy to try and safe my quads for later! Worked harder in the second half and with about 30mins to go legs started feeling a bit jelly-like but kept pushing, had given myself an aim of 3hr 15 so that kept me going :)

Really happy, paced it about right I think, ate every 40mins and felt fine, really good route and result/time behind leaders probably as good as I could have hoped for :) enjoyed it lots :D

Also. I bought a bike on the way home. As you do.
