Loved it :) nice and steady first half, taking the hills steadily and the downs fairly easy to try and safe my quads for later! Worked harder in the second half and with about 30mins to go legs started feeling a bit jelly-like but kept pushing, had given myself an aim of 3hr 15 so that kept me going :)
Really happy, paced it about right I think, ate every 40mins and felt fine, really good route and result/time behind leaders probably as good as I could have hoped for :) enjoyed it lots :D
Also. I bought a bike on the way home. As you do.
