Very slow easy run to gym, post office and home.
20min bike - tried some intervals
20min x-trainer - easy

Feeling alright! Tummy pulling a bit more whilst running and gymming and got a little sore by the end of the x-trainer but no worse at home and completely settled to how it is normally which is now barely more than a low dull ache :) keep having to remind myself this is only day 12! Happy :) will go again tomorrow providing no worse in the morning :)

Came home last Thurs and have been out for a few easy walks in the hills with mum, dad and del which has been great :) back to eating normally, walking easier, less sore everyday and mostly not getting woken up by pain at night either :D started a few easy exercises for legs and core/abs (can't do sit ups) and hoping to get out on a bike and to the gym later in the week :) 2x20min.
