Round the inch - became sore by about 15mins so headed back.. feeling quite demoralised this week, had hoped i'd be further on after 7 weeks xtraining..

Had to hang around after work before taking class at 7 so did spin and attack classes at the gym - knee sore walking about but fine in the classes, feeling knakered but needed something to do!
