Templeton 10 - really fun! Found the hills hard (especially as we started near the bottom and finished at the top!) but really pretty course :) brilliant goodie bag and food spread after :D certainly needing a bit of a rest this week!

Plan A today was a nice longish bike ride with Kris but my back brake jammed and we couldn't find a shop with a new one.. so into the gym and onto the bike.. after 20min Kris rocked up saying he'd found a brake so back to Plan A :D

Out from Dundee to Balkello, Newtyle, Kinrossie, Balbeggie, Rait, Inchture, Invergowrie and home :) cafe stop at 50km :) really fun :) feet like blocks of ice by the end!! 74.5km
