So happy to be back cycling :D lost a bit of confidence with the ice/dark before christmas so made it almost impossible to get to a spinning class today - cancelled my spot, wore my winter cycling kit to work, wore my cleats to work and left gym kit at home! It worked and was great to be out :) not too icy on the roads (stuck to bigger bus routes) but a pretty chilly wind! 21.5km
