Unintentional!

Felt very flat and quiet all day, got home and just couldn't get myself out to training - had a fab nights sleep by going to bed before 9 and felt miles better on Friday :) lots of training recently and work is really busy so life just catching up with me!

Very easy run out to Broughty Ferry and back :) an absolute effort to get out the door but quite enjoyed it once out :)

Fab sunny and snowy run along part of the Cateran trail (Alyth - Kirkton of Glenisla and back) :) really pretty and perfect snowy conditions! -8 when i started though!!

5 weeks until Glentress and racing next 3 weekends (woo!!) so last chance for a proper long run! Legs feel good :)
