Deuchary hill/Loch Ordie with Kirsty - legs felt fine uphill but flats and downs were sore! Calves/hamstrings super tight! We didn't plan on being out quite so long!! It was good though :)

Tay 10 :)

Surprised by how much I was looking forwards to this! Lovely sunny day and a couple of days' rest probably have something to do with it!

Really nice route from Perth, mostly on cycle path by the river with a few sections of paths through the woods - so so pretty :) went through half way dead on 32mins then onto the off-roady section so thought <64 (the goal!) was not manageable.

Enjoying running so much however that I realised I didn't care and decided just to keep running hard and ignore my watch. Found a new lease of life in my legs at about 7miles and a quick check of my watch at 9miles told me if I worked hard I might actually make it! Gave it everything on the last mile so delighted with the time :)

Really enjoyed this and felt strong running :) now it is certainly time to do some hill races! 4 weeks till 3 peaks :D

Running 18:25 [2] 3.67 km (5:01 / km) +10m 4:57 / km

Shuffled round the Inch - my calves are in bits!

Easy cycle, East from Dundee for a change! Very cold and windy. 27km

Feels very strange not being at JK - think it's the first time I've missed it since before I was 10!?
