Very cold and tired and feeling quite unwell on the way home. Rescued by an oreo creme egg from Kris :) 4 big weeks of training and I don't think I'm looking after myself as well as I should be! Sleeping poorly with brain not switching off, likely not quite eating enough and long busy days. I think I've got a bit carried away and not putting enough time aside to chill out - that will become more of a priority :)

Sidlaws Skyline! From Dundee end to Perth.. first half was a lot of paths which was great, then about 2.5hrs of a lot of heather, tiny paths and gorse which was certainly type 2 fun but once at Perth obelisk it was a lovely run down to the station for the final 8km :) with Elaine for first 24km and Rachel for it all. Good stuff :)
