DRR reps on the grass ~1400, 2x 700, 4x 350 with decreasing recoveries :) felt like really hard work to move my legs at the start but moving better at the end :) I feel unfit but don't think I'm too bad in reality..
I am very ready to try and get back to a bit of consistency! Past couple of months have felt very inconsistent with bouts of niggles and illness (as expected!). Hopefully now things can start to get back to normal..
