Deuchary hill and loch Ordie with FĂ­ona, Marcus and Matty. Very very wet but a lot of fun :) nice easy pace though certainly tiring at the end given I've only done one 90min run in 6 or so weeks!

Probably not great to do almost half my weekly volume in one day.. went to the gym to use the steam room on the way home followed by a good bit of stretching and rolling!
