Friend in work also looked at my back as still limping. Confirmed soft tissue so just carry on minimising aggravating factors (not easy to minimise walking at work!!) but ok to carry on with non-aggravating exercise (bike, xtrainer, certain exercises etc).

Note

Back still pretty sore but got out for a walk through the woods by Kinloch Rannoch.. thinking I must have tweaked something in work and exacerbated it doing reps on Thursday. 9km, 1hr 34. Nice to get out and have a mini holiday after lots of weekend excitement!
