Edworthy Park. -5C, snowing hard. 6" on the ground made going slow. 3-5 min of errors.

80% healthy. Sunny -5C. Ran with colson - Baker Park/Bowness Park/Valley Ridge. Steady pace. Good traction. Glad to be back in action.

6 min warmup, 22 laps in 50 min with 4 inclined laps. Ave 2:14/lap. Felt good and steady.
