Walking/Hiking warm up/down (Walking to Gym) 15:00 [1]

Walking/Hiking (Cykling) 5:00 [3]

Legs feeling really fatigued. Opted to try the elliptical trainer.

Walking/Hiking (Elliptical Trainer) 5:00 [3]

Again, feeling very fatigued.

Strength training (Gym training) 25:00 [3]

Started a split routine today. Biceps, Triceps, Quads and Hamstrings. Some discomfort in my right arm during bicep curls. Tried the high step with weights for the hamstrings and glutes. So we'll see how that goes.

Walking/Hiking (Treadmill) 10:00 [4]

Set the speed at 6.0. Really got my heart rate up and got me sweating even without any incline.

Note

Chiropractic appointment this morning. Noticing a lot less tension. Today's adjustment felt much better than Monday's, i.e., didn't feel so spaced-out. Therese wants me to start coming 3x per week to push things along.

Mobility (Joints and Glands Yoga) 50:00 [2]

Feeling stronger and more rested today but still opted for a yoga session. Planning on splitting the strength training routine to fit more cardio sessions in but still have a substantial recovery time for my muscles. Training at 45 is a lot different than training when I was younger :-/
