Note

It has been a pretty horrible week.
Feeling achey and maybe bit weak at times. Virus ? Rsting HR is not raised
I haven't bothered to do any extra volume, partly because of the wet weather and partly from feeling a bit tired at times. So a reltively short week
I think perhaps the reason I am feeling so beaten up is that I've done several sessions involving NMP efforts; 2 Crit races last week, Monday's jumps and 30/20, THursday Crit practise.
Right hip is sore - ibuprofen and stretching.

Previous week was kind of a rest week - I did not worry about volume - got plenty of rest and sleep - I was feeling quite wiped out for the first half of the week, but refreshed by the end. Three hard sessions though - Saturday Bunch, Wednesday races, Saturday race.

What it adds up to is 4 sessions with NMP in 9 days.

So, whilst volume has been down the intensity has been fairly extreme and is probably catching up with me

Legs not particularly fresh due to efforts earlier in the week.

Then a set of 30/20s ( 30 seconds AE (+), 20 seconds recovery) 7 efforts up the climb and across the top.
Legs felt pretty good
