different route up Caaerketton than previously, harder going, better for felly boggishness, longer on the steep climb. twice up Castle Law and descended from Capelaw istead of down the drop, so overall a tougher route than last week
Improving confidence on steep descents and on faster bits.
felt pretty strong today

Body slow to get going today and eventually opted for the 9:40 coastal looking for something a buit less demanding.
Started with 7 riders, down to 5 before Drem.
The small group made for an excellent session, better than expected.

As on Friday, with a wee extension
into the bog, up the steps, tops, down DV, up DVD and north ridge, down to Dunscapie loch and back up to the foot of the peak, down the tourist track and up the bog.
feeling a good, a bit stronger descending.
times the climb via DVD again 8:57 !! - beauty, pushed this but wasn't racing the clock ( didn't look at progress atall during) - strong but composed effort, and remember, anything under 9 is good.
