Dunn Rigg today,
because thats where the quad track from Glen Sax went, and excellent boggy, carry of 28 minutes, which I ran entirely. very plaeased with that and that calves seem to be coping much better now.
Back down the main ridge, slightly quicker, a bit more confident and gaining a bit of skill now. Then back up to the Buzzard's Nest and a run down the blue from there.
excellent - knackered.

From Glen Tress across to Traquair and then haded up the route of the 2 Breweries, which may have changed due to a deer fence. round the track to the main ridge, though wish I'd gone straight up Birks Hill instead, back up the ridge to Birkscairn, then doon the ridge to Peebles, up and down Glen Sax then back to GT.
Good tough ride, lots of technical descending, which was tough.
