cycle up the track, walk up the hill. And reverse.
Bit too claggy to make much out around the summit though, pity

felt surprisingly good. Maybe I just wasn't awake enough to notice

Now I felt rough, particularly heading out across to Bruntscar.
Got going for some effort up the steps then easy trot off
Well worth the look.

Had though I might ride back out up the path afterwards but was feeling knackered and decided the cough (its now a cough) was needing its due, so opted to leave it at that.

Hope Pre-Peaks, a Hill Cross sportive, cum warm up for the 3 Peaks, but without any real running.
Never really felt good, maybe its the sore throat. Never felt bad, as in ill either, mind.
