Finally a nice day. Y group ran nine - I covered 10+ running back and forth to gather people/groups. Actually a good fartlek workout - run with a group then sprint forward or back to catch another.

HR a bit high - effort felt easy, good for route - knee felt ok most of the time. Elk/MS/bench turn around - warm enough for shorts but still chilly.

Double Carbo - car to flag - full switchback route. Great to be on dirt, warm sun, knee felt fine during run (even descent), see how recovery goes. Clear dirt to flag.

Good race effort - very tough muddy conditions. Good fitness test comiong out of winter with no focused speed work.
