Usually an easy cruiser day, but with drop in miles yesterday, wanted a good effort today. House to end of Quigley. Measured on USATF.
54:58 first half, 48:25 second - good negative split.
Still feeling like crap but legs felt good.

Plan called for 25. Started to feel the crud coming on yesterday - woke this a.m. w/crazy sore throat. 25 was not going to happen - hoping training and fitness are in the bank with having to miss a final long run.

Had good outing with Hank and Tizz on extended big AG loop - saw another bear - about messed myself. Snow up high.
