Gentle road run w/ Hank. Knee felt ok - used the strap.

A step back run to check on R knee. Think i'm suffering from ITBS - it sucks - Knee w/strap and very slow pace on flat surface felt ok - but not healthy. One positive - new Nimbus 10's w/orthodics are killer!

Easy, yet a little intense trail run along Toe, Oly Mine, Quigley ridge, Quigley single track, back to Quigley switch backs, down quigley ridge back home via Toe.
Right knee just isn't good!
