Trail run 2:57:59 [3] 12.89 mi (13:48 / mi) +3594ft 10:55 / mi
shoes: La Sportiva Wildcat

Ran Toe of the Hill (south then north) to Quigley single track to Deadmans Gulch Ridge. Climbed Deadmans Ridge (cross country): 1.6 miles in 50 min w/2664' (per the Garmin) to the top. Surprised to see a rock cairn at the top. Elevation should be pretty close since the climb is straight up a ridge. Climb much easier than descent. Knee instantly fired up once the steep descent started.

Double Carbo
Great workout considering yesterdays effort and todays weather (snow). Above total time is car2car.
1st climb2flag - :23:10
2nd climb2flag - :22:00
Did both climbs to the flag with no walking.
Descents were quick and pain free.
Trail is almost totally snow free except for the upper ridge leading to the flag.

Yoga 1:30:00 [1]
