Teamed w/ Rosso & Thorsen for the olympic distance Redfish tri. Wanted to run under :40:00 for my 10k run leg - was happy with my results especially considering this was about my fifth or sixth run after six weeks off. We won the team division. Sore. Hill climb bike race tomorrow.

Linking more trails around Dollar for a 10k course, almost have one with a very small amount of out and back, really want to avoid out and backs. Knee felt good - very easy pace.

Note

After last nights ride I went to pool this morning instread of the gym. After about 20 minutes I realized I should have just stayed in bed - quite tired!

Ran Dollar, linking different trails to establish 10K w/varied terrain. Great to be out. Knee felt fine but I'm not convinced I'm out of the woods just yet.
