Day full of meetings and feeling like shit - chest cold

Note

Tired, stressed, pissed off. Received reality beat down from my wife about turning 40, three knee surgerys in rt. knee and juvenile arthritis in both. She thinks it's probably time to accept that I may not be very competitive in running races - not ready to accept that. Fuck it - see how todays run goes.

PM - Group walk followed by run (hilly course). Felt good - still tired

Spin session - 10 minute w/u, 5x5 minute standing w/5 minute recovery intervals - quick stretch after. No knee pain during workout but knee catching off and on - phone calls to make tomrrow.

Note

Tired today - very stressed about knee catching.
