Good workout even if indoors, all felt good, cough just about gone.

1 hr treadmill workout: 15 minutes @ 3.5mph @15 degree incline, 30 minute tempo run @ 8 minute/mile pace with slope increase at ten minute intervals up to 3 degrees, 15 minutes @3.5-3.7 mph @ 15 degree incline. HR listed was for 30 minute tempo.

Snow day - 9" fresh - 3am wake up call. Long day by the time noon rolls around.Good run - still coughing. Nice to be out.

Snowshoe clininc(?) for employees. Up hole 6/7 and back down on Elkhorn. Breaking trail the whole time, knee deep. Still coughing.
