Screwy day ahead at work - had to get on TM this morning. HR spiked a few times during peaks but otherwise pretty casual run. Lower strength circuit followed.

Standard Elkhorn, MS route. Didn't monitor HR cuz intent of run was just to cruise. Pace got away from me when I was shooting for a negative split - hit it though. A good run. Windy (again), chilly (again).

Checked out white cloud loops - all good - couple damp spots - good tempo trail.

Ride with Holger - House, lambs, holger had to leave, carbo switchbacks w/vorberg descent, home. All good, kept the wheels on the ground.
