A bit tired, knee stiff - could be resistance load and accumulated miles. Probably due for a step back. Recovery run at lunch.

Slow and easy was the plan - a bit fast and HR a bit high (kind of hard to avoid with the rolllers). Tried new Scott T2C - not sure I like the minimal / flat sole???
