PK's, Little Wood trail, box canyon over Johnston. Hoping for more "running" terrain, but still had a blast w/Hank and Tizz. Really surprised we were on the move that long, a ton of avie debris to deal with. Good climbing.

Last thursday workout. Feeling out of whack - bad sleep, elevated HR, this workout was hard throughout (even the easy stuff).

1m w/u, core, plyos. Started workout (5x1000 - 1:.5 recovery), did two 1000's and called it. Totally off pace, feeling run down, lactic legs from beginning. Another day off needed?
