Really slow simply because I was fighting a huge headwind. Good ride overall though
Orienteering race (b-meet) 54:44 [2] ***
Good race, took it nice and slow for the sake of my knee and because I know I make mistakes when I go much faster. The race was fairly clean, nothing major, but I didn't spike all the controls either.
Stopped on the way to control 6 because another runner had taken a bad spill and seemed to be hurting pretty badly. After a couple of minutes the guy got up and started limping back to the finish. That's when I decided to take off again.
A lot of the fields seem a little strange on that map... they definitely weren't accurate but oh well. I learned fairly quickly not to rely on them too much.
