ran part of one of the men's relay legs. The running felt really good but my mind just wasn't there and I couldn't get into the map.

Grabbed Graham's map after the courses closed and went and ran it. Decent time considering the flags were already taken down and I had no one else in the woods to give me any clues.

I figure I could easily shave off 2 min maybe 3 or even 4 if I was actually in the race.

jogged part of the JWOC long course that the guys ran yesterday. Wow that was technical. Quite an adventure too. I'd post more but my internet time is limited
