I was going to go snowshoeing this morning but my left knee was bugging me after my run yesterday so I decided to do a short session at the gym and do some strength instead. I'm not sure if that was any smarter.
Did a bit of stretching and then some machines - mostly legs. I was going to do leg curls but it hurt my knee so I gave up on that. I ended it off with a short easy spin to get the legs moving.
