This was originally going to be a longer ride to at least the start of the parkway and back but those plans got derailled when I realised that I was missing the tension bolt that helped hold my left crank-shaft in place. I realised this when my pedal and crank shaft came off of my bike and stayed attached to my shoe. Anyway I reattached the crank-shaft only to have it come off again 15 minutes later so I went to fresh air, sat around for 15 minutes got a temporary bolt and was told to come back in a week or so when my proper bolt comes in.

Ran some O-tervals at Carleton with Eric this afternoon. We did 5 intervals of 2 to 4 legs. They weren't marked on the map so this combined with the fact that we both know the campus so well made the orienteering portion of the exercise pretty much useless. I had trouble staying focused on the map.
