Intervals with some of the GVOC boys, Thomas and Nate. Did a tough 1.35 km loop through Pacific Spirit Regional Park with a big hill in the middle of it. Thomas and Nate did a 6th loop which I skipped out on. Still feeling the effects of the weekend.
