shoes: NB 101 TRail

Easy run today. Was thinking about doing a tempo run today but will push it to tomorrow instead. Running 5-10 meters beside the trail wherever the woods allowed. Trying to do this more as the season ramps up.

Note
(rest day)

Tough weekend. Taking the day off.

Conditioning - core 15:00 [1]

Just couldn't sit still at my computer any longer what with it being such a nice day out. Sticking with the rest day pan I compromised with 15 minutes of relatively easy core out on the back deck.
