A really nice ride with Eric - a beautiful day despite the wind.

Longer than would have been wise... I'm paying for the enjoyable ride with a sore right hip - deep in the piriformis (at least that's the muscle my physio keeps talking about). Need to work on that over the next few days to keep it under control.

Note

I haven't been logging right away over the past 5 days and I've forgotten exactly how much stretching I did each day but it has been a reasonable amount in general.... Need to get better about this logging again.

Guessing on the time. Decided I wasn't going to run again today but did a long walk with my aunt Pat and her crazy dog instead.

My knee gave a tiny tiny twinge in the morning so I stayed away from the running (I was thinking I should anyway but this confirmed it) so did two bits of distracted conditioning stuff. Need to do more of this.

Out to Woodroffe and then a little past Huntclub. On my way back going past the Sportsplex my left knee gave a bad twinge on the inside which I didn't like but didn't think was anything lasting so continued jogging for a minute but it just got worse. I ended up walking the 15 minutes home. By the end of the walk it finally just about disappeared.

A real mix of things today. Felt like I got a real workout in with the 30 minutes circuit portion at the end which was really nice.
