Deep water running 17:36 intensity: (6:00 @0) + (11:36 @3)

Debated whether or not to go to the pool this evening because I'm tired. Ended up going but didn't want to do a strenuous water running workout so did 5 minutes each of breast stroke and back crawl, then 2 minutes rest, 3x double 25 m lap of water running without belt with 2 minutes rest then 4 minutes each of back crawl and breast stroke.

Water running times: 3:48, 3:57, 3:51

Swimming 18:00 intensity: (8:00 @1) + (10:00 @2)
